Outreach Program:

Our Outreach Program is designed to help seniors who wish to remain in their own home, yet receive some supportive assistance. We can provide or will arrange for most home health services. We can provide services from telephone checks to limited nursing care. Many seniors who are contemplating a move to one of our facilities use this program as a transitional phase prior to moving into one of our facilities.

Resident’s who reside or participate in any of the Lutheran Home services have priority consideration for any of the facilities or services provided when the need arises.
