The Davenport Lutheran Home is located on the northwest side of the Quad Cities at 1130 West 53rd Street. The Campus consists of a Nursing Facility licensed for 96 beds; 26 beds are in a specially licensed Alzheimer’s Unit. All 96 beds are Medicare (skilled) certified – which allows residents who qualify to utilize their Medicare benefits.
Connected to the Nursing Facility is our Assisted Living Apartments. We have 17 apartments featuring, 6 one bedroom, 7 one bedroom deluxe and 4 two bedrooms. These apartments are designed for seniors who need minimal assistance and support.
For those seniors who desire a more independent style of living, we have 14 units (7 buildings) of Duplex Town Homes. The Town Homes are located across the street to the east of the main campus. We also able to provide Respite Care and Outreach programs similar to home health care on a limited basis.
